Our Service Guarantee
 

At Organic Hair Culture, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we make every attempt to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied.

We do not issue refunds on Salon services. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days after your service has been performed, we will also require that you return to the salon within 7 days after your service has been performed so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, the adjustments are made available to you at no cost,  and are limited to the services you had with us originally and the approach to colour or cut you agreed with your stylist during the initial consultation.

 

We do not offer complimentary adjustments for a change of mind.

We are not accepting your request of colour correction of hair colour done by another OHC stylist except when it is organised by the OHC stylist who did your hair. The appointment might be canceled when we find that it is not organised by the OHC stylist who did your hair colour.

 

Please keep in mind, using box colour or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

 

Refund

Services received cannot be refunded.

Refunds of products will only be considered if presented within 7 days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. Refunds can only be processed with receipt.

 

No refunds are given for gift certificate.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Right to Refuse Service

 

Organic Hair Culture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.

Return Policy

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase. No cash value is given and an in-Salon credit will be issued.

Lost Items

When we found lost items in our salon, we can keep it in our lost item box for max 2 weeks. Please contact us within 2 weeks in case you thought you left your belongs in the salon.
